About Program
The International Short Course Program of the Food Technology Study Program, Faculty of Animal and Agricultural Sciences, Universitas Diponegoro, is an international academic program consisting of the Diponegoro Exchange Experience Program and the Javanese Gastronomy Summer Course. The program provides participants with valuable experiences in academic learning, intercultural exchange, and exposure to Indonesian food heritage, particularly Javanese gastronomy. Through these activities, participants gain broader perspectives on food science, cultural diversity, and the integration of local knowledge within an international academic setting

As part of the International Short Course Program, this activity will feature a Food Festival showcasing the preparation and presentation of traditional dishes from each participant’s country. Through this event, participants will share their culinary heritage, cultural identity, and unique food experiences in an interactive international setting.
